Conquer the Cave 5K 2026

Run underground in a beautiful valley. The adventure begins at mile 1.9, diving into the "crown jewel of caves in the Southeast." Cruise through a 0.6-mile out-and-back section with a year-round 58F temperature. Decorative lighting will be on, and you'll grab a glow stick at the turnaround. Multiple waves of 200 runners will navigate the subterranean wonders. Stick to your assigned wave.
