Riverbank Run for the Cheese (50th Anniversary Run)

Riverbank Run for the Cheese is an October race series held at Galaxy Theatres on Patterson Road in Riverbank, California. The race options are straightforward: a 1 Mile neighborhood loop, a 5K, and a 10K, with virtual options for those unable to attend in person. The 5K and 10K begin after the 1 Mile, making the morning suitable for families, less experienced runners, and participants running multiple races. Adults can enter any of the three races, youth entries are available, and combined options pair the 1 Mile with either the 5K or the 10K. The 1 Mile is flat and circles through the adjacent neighborhood. The 5K follows gently rolling, tree-lined residential streets, and permits walkers and baby strollers. The 10K follows gently rolling residential streets as a two-loop course, with a 90-minute time limit; walkers are not permitted, but runners may use baby strollers. Packet pickup is at the Riverbank Galaxy Theatre, with in-person registration available there before race day and again on race morning.
