Turkey Trails - Milwaukee 2026

Turkey Trails - Milwaukee is a Thanksgiving-themed race held at Veterans Park on Milwaukee’s lakefront. Participants can choose from a half marathon, 10K, 5K, 1 mile, Kids Dash, a virtual race option, or a Volunteer then Run entry. The in-person race morning begins with packet pickup, followed by the Kids Dash shortly before the National Anthem and the main race start. The 5K, 10K, and half marathon events feature chip timing, live results, and awards. The Kids Dash, 1-mile, and virtual events are untimed. The event is designed for families and regular runners alike. Children aged 10 and under can participate in the Kids Dash, and those who opt out of the shirt and medal can run this dash without charge. Youth pricing is available for 5K and 10K runners aged 12 and under. All finishers receive race merchandise, including a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a medal. The Kids Dash participants receive a mini bib and a youth-sized shirt. Free race photos and pie are provided at the finish line. Virtual runners can complete their race anywhere, submit a result, and will receive a mailed packet containing a digital bib, shirt, and medal.
