Wild West CX is a cyclocross race held at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Golden, Colorado, located on the west side of the Denver metro area. This event is the Colorado State Cyclocross Championship, making it more than a typical local cross day. Riders compete for state titles on a course constructed within a fairgrounds, distinct from a park or road circuit.
