Could be possible to create a workout based on HR as TP or Garmin do? As the new app has the possibility to train based in HR, would be great. And sometimes you want just roll for a while, without doing a FTP test, but still doing something structured.

One person requested templates so they could quickly create a new workout with warm-ups and cool-downs to a new workout. This can be done now by creating a new list called templates, and adding your templates there and just go there and click clone workout.
