This is a nice feature if you have an existing library you want to convert and store in the cloud. Allowing you to quickly visualize your workouts.
hi – where’s the video on how to do this?
Hello Racameron, we don’t have any video but if you just click on the button and upload from ERG or MRC file it should work. If you get ERG files from XERT, for example, they leave the FTP out so first you should set your FTP in TrainerDay.
