KOLOBĚH 2026

The Koloběh race is a traditional autumn event. The race involves a man and a woman, where one runs and the other cycles. A new category for individual scooter riders has been introduced. The race will take participants through the hills around Velké Meziříčí, aiming for a pleasant, gender-balanced sporting and social experience, culminating in a traditional celebration at the Hospoda na Areálu. The route is 25 km around Velké Meziříčí and will be clearly marked. There are three road crossings on the route, requiring caution. The race is for pairs (man-woman) or individuals on scooters. Pairs must maintain visual contact throughout the race and use one bicycle, which must be handed over between participants. Pushing or pulling is not allowed. The event emphasizes fair play. Categories include age sums of up to 100 years, over 100 years, individual scooter riders, and a bonus family category.
