Porth Eirias 10K & Kids 1K Fun Run 2026

The Porth Eirias 10K & Kids 1K Fun Run takes place on the North Wales Coastal path, with start and finish points near the Colwyn Bay water centre. The 10K is open to runners aged 15 and up, and the children's 1K starts earlier in the morning. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes. All runners get a finishers medal and a water bottle, and the 10K uses chip timing. The 10K course goes from Porth Eirias Water sports toward Llanddulas, with views of Anglesey. The marked course is largely flat with a few hills, suitable for achieving personal bests. Water stations are located along the route. Parking is available on the promenade via pay and display machines, and registration opens at 8am.
