4th Annual #IWILLLISTEN RUCK 2026

The IWILLLISTEN RUCK is a 5K ruck event held in Ridgeland, Mississippi, beginning at 115 West School Street. The series also features a virtual 5K ruck and an “All for the Shirt” event. Both the in-person and virtual 5K events are planned for the fall, taking place in the morning and concluding by midday. The event benefits first responders’ mental wellness and raises funds for First H.E.L.P., a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to reducing mental health stigma within first responder communities nationwide. The virtual option allows participation for those not physically present in Ridgeland, and the shirt event provides an additional avenue for supporters to engage prior to the main ruck.
