The Steel City 12 Hour Run & Ruck challenges participants to push their limits on a flat, 1.52-mile paved loop around Smith Park. Runners aim for maximum loops in 12 hours. Food is provided throughout the night, including bacon at midnight, coffee at 3am, and donuts at 5am. A 25lb pack is required for ruck participants. Each finisher receives a unique award handcrafted by Art Central Foundation students. All proceeds benefit the foundation's visual art programs for local students.
