Trek or Treat 2026

Trek or Treat is a 5K Justice Run at Boundary Waters Park in Douglasville, Georgia, held in October during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The event features a walk/run format, with in-person 5K registration, a virtual 5K, and a Phantom Runner option for those who wish to donate an entry to a domestic violence survivor. The course is USATF-certified and qualifies as an official Peachtree Road Race qualifier, suitable for runners seeking a qualifying time and individuals supporting the cause. The Douglas County District Attorney Dalia Racine collaborates annually with ATIR-Wellness Community Inc., and previous race partners have included SHAREHouse, the Trinity Center, and the Douglas County Solicitor's Office. Registration funds local domestic violence support organizations, and each entry provides a training plan sponsored by The ATIR Community.
