The Jemgumer Dörploop is a village running event in Jemgum, Lower Saxony, starting and finishing at the sports centre on Am Sportzentrum 8. It offers several distances: a 500 m Bambini run for children aged 2 to 6, a 1.5 km Schülerlauf for ages 7 to 12, and main runs of 5.3 km, 10.6 km, and 21.2 km. Additionally, there are 5.3 km and 10.6 km walking routes, and a 21.2 km relay divided into four 5.3 km segments.
The course layout has been altered, and the organizer supplies a map for participants to review the route beforehand. Electronic timing is employed, with results and certificates posted online post-race. Refreshments are available at the finish area, showers can be used in the clubhouse, and the event is hosted by Heino Krüger, a known figure in the East Frisian running community due to his extensive involvement with the Ossiloop.
