Kansalliset Saarijärven Juhannuskisat is a national athletics competition held at Keskusurheilukenttä in Saarijärvi. The name connects it to Juhannus, Finland’s Midsummer, and the event is part of the Juhannuskisat series. Saarijärven Pullistus organizes the meet, with competitions starting in the early afternoon.
The program features a track-and-field schedule. Men compete in the 200m, 400m, 800m, and 3000m races, alongside high jump, triple jump, and javelin. Women participate in the 100m, 400m, 800m, and 3000m races, plus high jump, long jump, hammer, and javelin. The competition also includes under-17 events: 100m, triple jump, and javelin for boys, and 100m, long jump, and hammer for girls. Entry fees apply per event, with increased costs for late registration, and live results will be available.
