Frogman King Sprint 2026 Solo Swimrun

The Frogman King Sprint Solo Swimrun takes place in Corinth, Corinthia. Participants swim 3.7 km and run 18.3 km. The race is set for late November, beginning at 09:00 and concluding at 15:00. Only adults may enter, with registration fees increasing as the event approaches. The course runs from Amoni to Almyri beach, ending near Kokos Bar Restaurant. Competitors require a swimrun or trisuit and pull buoys. The race organizers supply the swim cap, BIB vest, timing chip, hydration, and medical support. A finisher medal and complimentary photos are included. As the last event in the Frogman Championship series, it marks the season's end for championship participants, featuring a required start and a 1.5x points bonus.
