Babia Gora Ultramarathon 2026

The Babia Gora Ultramarathon is a mountain running series held in Lipnica Wielka, with all races commencing from the village on the same day. The event offers distances from an 8 km Rolling Trail to more challenging mountain courses: the 20 km 2xBabia Gora SkyRace, the 40 km 3xBabia Gora Maraton, and two 75 km ultra races, the 4xBabia Gora and 6xBabia Gora. The longest races commence at 04:00, the marathon at 08:00, and the shorter races start later in the morning. The race names reflect the core concept: runners tackle Babia Gora multiple times in varying formats, with the series structured by the number of mountain passes included. This setup caters to a broad spectrum of trail runners, from those opting for the 8 km route to ultra runners undertaking the 75 km challenge.
