Idaho Falls FireKracker 5k

The Idaho Falls FireKracker 5k is an Independence Day 5k run/walk in Idaho Falls, starting at S. Broadway and 25th Street at 7:00 a.m. MDT. It is a local holiday-morning race with standard 5k entry, a cheaper no-shirt option, a 12-and-younger category, and family team entries. The event is in its third decade, with profits going to the Idaho Falls Military Affairs Committee. The setup is clearly built for families and casual runners as much as racers: kids get their own pricing, teams can register together, and participants can skip the shirt to lower the cost.
