Nocny Bieg Firmowy sends five-person company teams out into Warsaw after sunset, with the start at 10 PM and a 5 km run for each participant. It is a night charity race rather than a standard office sports day: employees run for their firm, the team result is the combined time of all five runners, and the event links workplace integration with a fundraising goal for children supported by the Everest Foundation. The route is 5 km in the city and finishes at night, with the Warsaw setting around an after-dark start and a finish under the stars. The field is made up of company employees, from teams chasing a competitive result to groups using the evening as a shared charity outing. The first edition drew about 1,300 participants, while a later edition gathered 12,655 across the wider project, and more than 1,000,000 PLN went to 19 children with disabilities and their carers.
