Tour de Tirol - Söller Zehner & Staffellauf 2026

Tour de Tirol is a three-day running series in Söll, Tyrol’s Kufstein district. The full tour covers about 75 km with roughly 3,500 meters of climbing. The Friday opener is the Söller Zehner, a 10 km race through Söll’s center, run as three hilly laps of 3.31 km. A relay event shares Friday’s schedule, along with children’s and youth races preceding the main event. The weekend program also features the Kaisermarathon, the Pölven Trail, an 18 km summit march, and a 77 km ultra marathon, indicating the event focuses on mountain running over a single road race. The Kaisermarathon begins in Söll at 698 m, passing through Scheffau and Ellmau in its initial half. It ascends to the Hartkaiser at 1,555 m, descends to Hexenwasser after 38.6 km, and concludes with a steep climb to the Hohe Salve summit at 1,829 m. The Sunday Pölven Trail, which replaced the old half marathon, now offers 23 km with 1,200 m of elevation gain, primarily on gravel with only about 2 km on asphalt. Over 1,500 runners from more than 30 nations are anticipated. The race’s history includes the Kaisermarathon hosting the Mountain Running Long Distance World Championship.
