Smilovice pomáhají - Běh pro Theu is a Saturday morning charity race held in Smilovice u Třince, located in the Frýdek-Místek district of Czechia’s Moravian-Silesian Region. The main race covers 11.8 km, frequently cited as 12 km, complemented by a 4 km family race and a 600 m children’s race. The course is primarily on asphalt, with a short stretch on a hard-surfaced path, winding through Smilovice in the foothills of the Beskydy mountains. NF Smilovice pomáhají organizes the event, with all proceeds directed to Thea. Entry donations are voluntary, and the race is included in the Moravian-Silesian Running Cup.
