Trail do Xurés 2026

Trail do Xurés is a 16-kilometer mountain trail race held in Muíños, Ourense province, Galicia. It accommodates 300 athletes, a limit established due to pandemic-era health protocols. The Concello de Muíños organizes the event with Agencia Sra. Emilia and Inorde, receiving support from the Diputación de Ourense. The course consists solely of forest tracks and paths, offering participants a pure off-road challenge. The route is marked with tape and signs, featuring one aid station. Local and regional officials, including the mayor of Muíños, the president of the Diputación de Ourense, and the director of Galicia’s tourism agency, attended its launch, highlighting the race's connection to Ourense's promotion of outdoor sports.
