La Course Nature de Chaussin, known as la Chaussinoise, is a small October running event held in Chaussin, a Jura town with a population of approximately 1,600. The race begins at the stadium and features two short nature courses, 5 km and 10 km, along with a children's race to include younger participants.
The event is organized by the local Chauss’Pieds group, with Association Festi’Chauss managing activities throughout the day in observance of Octobre Rose. The race is part of the TDR Challenge, and historical participant numbers indicate a modest community turnout: about 90 runners for the 5 km and 166 for the 10 km.
