La Pouilly-Sancerre covers 20 km by road from Pouilly-sur-Loire to Sancerre, situated between two Loire wine regions. Held in autumn, the main race is framed as an epicurean outing, complemented by a 20 km walk on the identical point-to-point course for those preferring the distance without competition.
