Nordic Walking Torche - Plomeur 2026

The Nordic Walking Torche is a Nordic walking event held at Pointe de La Torche in Plomeur, on the south Finistère coast. Quimper Athlétisme organizes it, providing three options: a morning initiation at the start-finish area, a timed 12 km Nordic Walking Nature Competition, and a 6 km leisure walk. This is the event's second edition, holding a regional label under federal rules. The route consists of a 6 km loop through a Natura 2000 area, utilizing paths and beaches near Plomeur, Saint-Jean-Trolimon, Tréguennec, and Tréogat. Leisure walkers will complete one loop, while competitors will do two. Aid stations are located only at the finish, and camel bags are permitted. All participants receive a prize upon finishing, with additional awards for the top three women, top three men, and the first team in the competition.
