Randonnée Tintin Marco is a one-day cycling and walking event held at the Complexe sportif des Sablières in Saint-Georges-lès-Baillargeaux, a town near Poitiers in western France. Organized by the Randonneurs de la Vallée du Clain, it typically takes place in late September. Cyclists can select road routes of approximately 45 to 75 km, a gravel option of about 50 km, or VTT mountain-bike loops ranging from roughly 28 to 56 km. Walkers have routes of 9, 13, and 16 km available when the walking program is offered.
The event caters to local club riders, mountain bikers, gravel riders, walkers, and casual participants, not exclusively a competitive field. Recent attendance has exceeded 800 people, with significant numbers of walkers and VTT riders, and a smaller contingent of road cyclists. Entry fees are modest, with reduced rates for licensed participants. The finish includes a characteristic French club-rando offering: refreshments, beer, and a sandwich. Practical instructions, such as bringing a cup and exact change, are also provided.
