The Bay 5K Series Race 1

The Bay 5K Series Race 1 begins on the beach next to Secret's Bar & Kitchen in Swansea Bay. Runners start on a summer evening following a required race briefing. This is the first event in a three-race 5K series organized by Aspire X Events; a 3K option is also available. The 5K follows a quick out-and-back course on level, paved coastal paths beside the seafront. It features little elevation change and broad views over the bay. The 3K uses a portion of the same path, meaning both distances share the same open, exposed coastal environment. Registration is open from late afternoon into the evening, with awards presented shortly after the race. A discount is offered for booking multiple races in the series. The event is also included in the Bay Aquathlon.
