Hålandsheia Rundt 2026

Hålandsheia Rundt is an 11 km race mixing terrain and road in Mandal, starting and finishing at Frøyland Skole. It is part of the autumn race schedule. The route is not exclusively trail, incorporating paths and road as it completes a loop around Hålandsheia. The course encircles a popular hiking area in Mandal, featuring mires, pine forest, deciduous forest, spruce forest, and bare rock. It descends to Buøya and passes locations like Speiderhytta. Participants can also choose to climb Flovarden for an expanded view of the town and sea.
