Nisseløpet Lommedalen

Nisseløpet Lommedalen is a Christmas Eve Santa run in Lommedalen, Viken, beginning at noon from Johnsrudgata 40. Runners can select either a 6 km or 10 km distance, with a relaxed pace intended for children, adults, experienced runners, casual joggers, and dogs to participate. The 6 km course passes Lommedalen Church, while the 10 km option extends toward Verksgata before looping back to Johnsrudgata. Neighbors Harald Krogh and Anders Lindell initiated the run to share Christmas Eve cheer, a tradition continued by participants wearing Santa hats, suits, or other red attire. Mulled wine and gingerbread cookies are provided to all finishers.
