Saudamilå 2026

Saudamilå is an evening race in Sauda, organized by Sauda IL Friidrett. It includes a short children's event prior to the main race. This children's race is open to all kids, is free to enter, and allows them to run one or two laps around the stadium. Every finisher receives a medal and post-race treats, with sponsorships from Kiwi and Coop. The main race begins at the stadium. Runners proceed up Kilibakken, continue along the bike path past Austarheim school, head towards Verdens ende, pass through Lund farm, and return down Birkelandsvegen. Juniors compete in separate girls' and boys' categories, while seniors race in separate women's and men's categories. The top three finishers in each junior and senior category are awarded town-centre gift cards.
