Kilometry Pomocy 2026

Kilometry Pomocy begins at the bridge over the Wilga River in central Garwolin. The series includes a 10 km main race, a 5 km option for those seeking a shorter distance, and a 2 km Family Run suitable for participants from preschool age to seniors. The event evolved from the race previously known as Avon Kontra Przemoc – biegnij w Garwolinie. The current name and logo maintain the original objective: to provide support for individuals who have experienced violence. Over 16 editions, approximately 11,000 participants have competed, and more than 200,000 PLN has been donated to the cause. The race attracts dedicated runners, local community members, families, and individuals seeking a race day with a distinct social mission beyond personal achievement.
