Mocna piątka 2026

Mocna Piątka is a Katowice race day featuring a fast 5 km run in Dolina Trzech Stawów, with a 10 km option for those seeking more distance. The program also includes 5 km Nordic Walking and Mocna Piątka Junior, making the event suitable for beginners, club runners, walkers, children, and families, not exclusively experienced racers. The route follows an asphalt roller-ski track certified by the Polish athletics federation, located within Katowice’s Forest Park area around the Three Ponds valley.
