The MK Tech Kysuce trail begins at the square before the cultural house in Krásno nad Kysucou, located in Slovakia’s Kysuce region. This charity trail race takes place in autumn, organized by Athletic Club TJ Tatran Krásno nad Kysucou and the town. The main event is a challenging 26 km mountain route, with the same distance also available for runners accompanied by dogs and for Nordic walking participants. A separate children's race is held later in the morning, ensuring the day caters to more than just experienced trail runners.
The course incorporates the local bike path and the hills surrounding Krásno nad Kysucou, featuring sufficient climbs and technical terrain to challenge skilled mountain runners. Organizers describe it as Slovakia’s most demanding international trail race. The event evolved from the earlier Krasňanský horský polmaratón and has established a solid reputation among trail runners across six editions. The participants are diverse, including runners, dog owners, Nordic walkers, children, and spectators, all gathering to enjoy outdoor activity and support those in need.
