Medal Madness 5K, & 10K at Midlothian, VA

Packet pickup is 30 minutes before the race, ending 10 minutes prior. All runners must register on RunSignup; no on-site registration. Meet at Headstock next to the Loch. The course is an out-and-back: 5K runners complete it twice, 10K runners four times. The course time limit is 2 hours.
