Run the Rainbow 5K and Fun Run 2026

The Run the Rainbow 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run, presented by Hampton Roads Pride and Mettle Events, is an annual race held at Bells Mill Park. The 1 Mile Fun Run starts at 9 am, followed by the 5K. Both races start and finish at the amphitheater. The event is designed to attract runners from the east coast and offers a mix of fitness, family activities, and coastal enjoyment. It provides a platform for businesses and organizations to engage with the LGBTQIAP+ and allied communities in Hampton Roads. The race encourages new runners and youth to embrace a healthy lifestyle and community involvement. Assisted athletes are welcome. Non-profit vendors will be present at the park on race day.
