FoDU 5K for Hope 2026

The FoDU 5K for Hope is a 5-kilometer race held at the Vanderburgh County 4H Center in Evansville. It begins at 9:00 a.m. on an October Saturday. Packet pickup on race day starts at 8:00 a.m., and parking is available on-site at no cost. The event is designed for runners, walkers, families, and those with strollers. The course features one water stop, with Gatorade available at the finish line. Prizes will be awarded to the fastest male and female participants, and race results will be posted post-event. FoDU organizes this event to support and empower children in Uganda. A small silent auction, offering gift-card bundles, is also part of the day, extending the fundraising efforts beyond the 5K.
