Sobre esta prova
Kullamannen by UTMB® is a late-autumn trail-running series held on Sweden’s southern coast, utilizing the Bjäre and Kullaberg peninsulas in Skåne. The races vary from 22 km (North Shore) to a 100-mile ultra, with intermediate distances of approximately 50 km and 100 km for those seeking a challenging run without the full ultra distance. The terrain includes forest trails, rocky hills, beechwoods, coastal paths, sea cliffs, and exposed sections by the water.
The longer courses trace the coastline from Båstad towards Mölle, passing notable locations like Hovs Hallar, Torekov, Ängelholm, Arild, and Kullaberg before concluding in Mölle. Kullamannen Sport Klubb is the organizing body, and the event's name is derived from a local legend. Participants range from novice ultra runners on the shorter distances to seasoned mountain and trail athletes competing in the 100 km and 100-mile events; the 100 km race has a 20-hour time limit and aid stations positioned along its path.
