Countdown to One! Last Man Standing (Rochester) 2026

The "Countdown to ONE!" is a last man standing competition for dedicated runners who like to push themselves. Run as many single miles as you can, with progressively shorter time requirements for each loop. Fail to complete any mile in the allotted time and you're out. Finishers earn a large finisher medal, with pins for Bronze, Silver, or Gold categories.
