The Riviera Maya Taco Trot 5K is a chip-timed 5K at County College of Morris, open to runners and walkers. It is designed as a community race, not solely for fast runners, with group and corporate discounts offered for teams. After the run, participants receive complimentary tacos from Riviera Maya Restaurants. The first 500 entrants get shirts, and finishers receive a medal. A live Mariachi show is also part of the event. The race supports THINK PINK ROCKS!, an organization focused on breast cancer early detection, research, and patient support. It is held in memory of Lynette Denson.
