3 Días Trail Ibiza is a three-day trail-running stage event on Ibiza. It begins with a Friday night opener in Ibiza Town, followed by longer mountain-and-coast races over the weekend. Runners can select shorter or longer formats; the full three-day options total 30K, 43K, 61K, or 93K. The Ultra Ibiza stage alone covers 75K. The event typically occurs in late November, a quieter time on Ibiza, allowing the race to utilize the old town, beaches, inland trails, and northern hills within a single weekend.
The first stage is a 10K night race starting and finishing in the center of Ibiza Town. It uses two 5K laps through Dalt Vila and past the castle, with headlamps illuminating the old streets. The long Ultra starts and finishes in Santa Eulalia del Rio. It directs runners along coastal stretches and over some of the island’s prominent peaks, showcasing a wilder northern side of Ibiza often unseen by visitors. The field is diverse for a trail event, with over 850 runners in a recent edition, increasing international entries, and women comprising 41% of participants. A Spanish trail-running license is required, and the race entry fee covers this.
