The One on the River - Henley

The One on the River - Henley begins at Henley Showground in Henley-on-Thames, with the swim taking place in the River Thames. This September multisport race series offers Middle Distance, Standard, and Sprint triathlons, alongside aquabike options, and open-water swims of 750m, 1500m, and 3000m. The race distances span from short swim-only events to courses exceeding 100km, accommodating participants seeking anything from a single river swim to a longer swim-bike-run effort. The courses traverse the Thames Valley near Henley and extend through the Culden Faw Estate.
