Vuelta Pedestre a Morón Manuel Jiménez Panal 2026

The 45th edition of the 'Manuel Jiménez Panal' Pedestrian Race will take place on September 12th. The registration period is open until August 21st or until all available spots are filled. This event aims to be a major sporting occasion in the province, with over 800 runners participating in previous editions. This year features a new route designed to engage more residents and enhance the street atmosphere. The race will pass through the traditional Barrio de Santa María and iconic locations such as the San Miguel descent, Ánimas street, Soria street, and Paseo de la Alameda. Participants will receive an official t-shirt designed by local artist Mario Vidal, featuring the 'Gallo de Morón'. The organization will also improve aid stations and the runner's bag to elevate the event's quality. Over 100 participants have already registered in the initial days, indicating strong interest in this race, which has become a significant sporting celebration preceding the Morón Fair.
