Lynchburg Ultra Series 2026

The Lynchburg Ultra Series is a four-race ultra and trail challenge in Central Virginia, featuring three 50k-plus races and one 50-mile race. It begins with the Holiday Lake 50k+ in Appomattox in February, followed by the Terrapin Mountain 50k+ in Sedalia in March and the Promise Land 50k+ in Bedford in April. The series concludes with the Mountain Masochist Trail Run 50 Miler in Montebello in November. The series is designed for runners seeking more than a single long race; each event requires its own registration, with a separate entry for the series. Runners completing all four races within the time limits receive a special award from Rabbit apparel. This structure emphasizes consistency across the season alongside speed on individual courses.
