Kilometers for Kids 2026

Kilometers for Kids 2026 is a family-friendly event on Saturday, October 17th, in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada, to raise money for local youth. Participants can choose to walk, run, or bike a 1 km or 5 km route. The event begins at 9:15 am outside Victoria Hall and finishes at the Lions Pavilion in Victoria Park. Registration includes a peameal sandwich, a drink, and a chance to win a door prize. Discounts are available for youth and groups of 4 or more. Children under 5 participate for free. Prizes will be awarded to the top fundraisers and for the best costume. The event supports Rebound, an organization that provides free services to youth in Northumberland County, including mental health support, academic assistance, justice diversion programs, and prevention of youth homelessness.
