Eno River Run 2026

The Eno River Run is an annual autumn trail race in Durham, North Carolina, offering 6-mile and 11-mile courses within Eno River State Park. Both races start and finish near the Piper Cox House, utilizing the Fews Ford Access Area on Cole Mill Road. The routes traverse the park’s western trails, following Buckquarter Creek with technical single track. The course involves running across the river and includes a short bouldering section over rocks near the water.
