BideBerdeAte utilizes the Vía Verde Montes de Hierro, a former mining railway in Bizkaia, as its central path for a non-competitive outing through Sopuerta and neighboring towns. This November event offers walking routes of 25 km and 11 km, alongside a 35 km guided electric-bike tour for adults. Participants will gather at the Santa Ana fronton in Sopuerta. The event is organized by Enkarterrialde, various local municipalities, and Buscametas S.L.
The 25 km walk begins at the Zierbena Tourist Office, includes approximately 300 meters of elevation gain, and concludes at La Baluga in Sopuerta. The 11 km walk starts from the fronton in Traslaviña, Artzentales, also finishing in Sopuerta. The electric-bike route highlights the mining history along the greenway, connecting the Enkarterri and Meatzaldea regions. A past edition attracted 300 participants, suggesting a community-focused outdoor event rather than a competitive race.
