Media Maratón Ciudad de Teruel 2026

The Media Maratón Ciudad de Teruel takes place in Teruel, starting and finishing at El Torico, the small central square marker that locals use as a city symbol. The main race is a half marathon of about 21 kilometers, with roughly 220 meters of elevation gain. Shorter options are also available: 14K, 7K, and a 7K pairs race, catering to runners who prefer not to run the full distance. Teruel Parque organizes the race, with support from the city council and local sponsors including Caja Rural de Teruel and CaixaBank. The field is expected to be around 500 runners, giving it a community race feel rather than that of a large city marathon. Past race-day extras have included a PODOACTIVA tent in Plaza San Juan, collaborator prizes, an event shirt, published course data, and official results for the half marathon and 7K.
