The Trail de Buñol is a November mountain-running event held in Buñol, Valencia. It features a challenging 21 km trail with 1,000 m of elevation gain. Participants can also opt for a shorter 12 km trail that includes 436 m of elevation gain. Additionally, a 9 km walking route is offered for those who wish to enjoy the terrain without competing.
The race is organized by C.A. Correores Buñol and is now in its tenth year. The event attracts significant local participation, with the most recent edition seeing 389 runners in the Sprint Trail, 201 in the 21 km race, and 110 in the walk, marking a new entry record. Support for the race comes from the Buñol town council, its Youth and Environment departments, the Diputación de Valencia, and local sponsors. Notably, the walking route can reach capacity before the running distances fill up.
