Eco business trail - Cesson-Sévigné

The Eco Business Trail is a 10 km urban trail within the Ecopôle Sud-Est business park in Cesson-Sévigné, near Rennes. It takes place on roads and paths, with options for solo runners or teams. Activ’Est established the race to connect the companies, employees, and other users of the business park, which spans Cesson-Sévigné, Rennes, and Chantepie. The route passes through company grounds and less-common areas of Brittany’s largest industrial zone, offering a run through a working district rather than a typical road race. The event highlights the area’s industrial and local heritage, linking 550 companies and 13,500 employees within the Ecopôle. Its environmental commitment is practical: the course is cleaned before and after the race, and 2 EUR from each entry fee supports beehives maintained on the site by a local beekeeper.
