Fuchey cross - Arnay-le-Duc

Fuchey Cross is an annual cross-country race at Fouché pond in Arnay-le-Duc, a town in Burgundy. It is run each November and is the oldest cross-country event in Burgundy, with more than fifty editions behind it. The French Athletics Federation gives it a silver label, and it sits among the top twenty cross-country races in France. The day is built around the pond rather than a road course, with 14 races covering everyone from Baby-cross children to elite runners. Licensed athletes and non-licensed runners can enter, so the field mixes serious competitors with local families and first-timers. The first race starts at 11 a.m., and registration is handled through the event website.
