Über dieses Rennen
La P'tite Dum is a 10-kilometer obstacle race in Dierrey-Saint-Julien, a village in France's Grand Est region. Typically held in mid-June, it sends runners onto nature trails interspersed with over 20 obstacles, presenting a muddy, full-body challenge distinct from a standard road race. The event supports the French firefighters' children's charity, the oeuvre des pupilles des sapeurs-pompiers de France.
The course, dubbed “Grand Cardio” by organizers, emphasizes running, climbing, strength, and agility over speed. Refreshment stations are available along the route. The field comprises both experienced runners and amateurs seeking a more demanding objective than a typical trail run. La P'tite Dum is organized by the support committee for Florian Dumont, a firefighter who died in the line of duty, and is held in his tribute; one reported edition attracted 240 participants.
