Les foulées bourgadines - La Roche-sur-Yon 2026

Les Foulées Bourgadines is a nature-running event held in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée, originating from Lycée Nature du Bourg Sous La Roche on Allée des Druides. Taking place in October, it features trail races of 9 km, 16 km, and 22 km. Nordic walking is also offered under the Nordic’Yonnaise banner across 11 km and 16 km courses. The courses traverse paths surrounding Bourg-sous-La Roche, country lanes, and the banks of La Riallée, with approximately 100 meters of elevation gain on the 9 km and 16 km trail races. The ASPTT La Roche-sur-Yon running section is the organizing body. For Nordic walking, La Virée covers the shorter distance, and La Chrono covers the 16 km, which is part of the Challenge de Vendée.
